Meet Ellen, the owner and founder of Coleambally Cleaning Services. In 2023, Ellen took a bold leap of faith, transforming her passion for cleanliness into a thriving business. Through hard work, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to perfection, Coleambally Cleaning Services quickly flourished. What began as a one-woman operation has now expanded into a dedicated team of five skilled professionals who share her vision and values. Ellen continues to lead her business with integrity, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, ensuring that every client experiences top-notch service and spotless results.

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING CLEANING APPOINTMENT TIMES

There may be times when you either don’t need one of our cleaning team members to attend or want to change when they come to clean your home and we understand that things can change at the last moment.

All you need to do is ring our contact number, if it is outside of work hours please leave a voicemail and we will organise everything, sending a text confirmation once everything has been sorted for you.

Your cleaning service includes the products that we provide to keep your home hygienically clean. Our workers should arrive at your property with all the right equipment and cleaning products to get the job done.

We’re a great believer in protecting the planet and that’s why we use high-quality eco-friendly cleaning solutions and processes. We choose our range of products with two things in mind – how hygienically clean they get surfaces and how natural they smell once the work has been completed.

ISSUES THAT ARRISE

While we endeavour to provide the best service at all times, there can be occasions when things don’t quite go according to plan. This is sometimes down to miscommunication about what services you require for your home. This can easily be remedied by contacting us.

A more serious problem could be if a cleaner is not committing to the high standard of work both you and we expect. An issue with the quality of work needs to be addressed as soon as possible and you’ll always find our response positive and friendly, aimed at resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

We don’t want you to feel nervous contacting us and making a complaint. The sooner we know, the sooner we can sort it out for you.

OUR CLEANERS

We’re passionate about the cleaning services we provide and that means we want to make sure you get the best workers for your home. Anyone who starts with us is carefully vetted and monitored during their probation period. We understand that if you are allowing someone into your home, you want them to be fully checked out beforehand.

All our cleaners go through an intensive training process to make sure they know how to clean properties safely and thoroughly. This includes using the right cleaning products for the appropriate surfaces and preventing cross-contamination, especially when dealing with areas where food is prepared and bathroom facilities.

Your cleaner is fully insured when they start working in your home and they are also monitored and feedback kept by our founder Ellen who oversee their activities.
